As a dedicated health coach, I am passionate about helping individuals improve their health and well-being through personalized guidance. While I specialize in promoting the benefits of a whole food plant-based diet, my coaching is always centered on meeting clients where they are and supporting their unique goals—not mine. I work collaboratively to create a plan that aligns with their preferences, lifestyle, and aspirations, ensuring a sustainable and enjoyable path to better health.
With an engineering degree, training in counseling, and coaching, I bring a unique blend of analytical precision and empathetic support to my practice. My technical background allows me to simplify complex nutritional concepts, while my counseling and coaching skills ensure a compassionate and tailored approach to each client’s journey. I believe in empowering individuals to make informed choices that lead to meaningful and lasting changes in their health and quality of life.

My Story
Growing up, I was fortunate to have a mom who cooked everything from scratch. Dining out was a rare treat. But when I entered university, things changed. Convenience foods—chips, chocolate, and packaged meals—became my go-to. Life got busier, and my diet drifted far from its roots.
​
When I started my own family, I wanted the best for my daughter, ensuring she had fresh fruits and veggies in her lunchbox. Yet, processed foods still dominated our meals—quick, easy, and unknowingly harmful.
​
The turning point came when I began learning about the climate crisis. I discovered the environmental toll of red meat and gradually reduced it in our diet. Around the same time, I became fascinated by how nutrition could prevent chronic diseases like diabetes and heart disease.
​
Then, my mother-in-law developed dementia and moved in with us. Witnessing her daily struggles was heartbreaking and terrifying. Coupled with my family history of dementia, I feared for my future and my husband’s. Determined to reduce our risk, I turned to research—and what I found was life-changing.
​
A whole food, plant-based diet became my solution. Within 8 months of embracing it, I shed 30 pounds effortlessly, without counting calories or battling cravings. Beyond the weight loss, I experienced profound health transformations: my lifelong struggles with IBS, stomach aches, headaches, and chronic constipation disappeared. I stopped falling sick, my energy soared, and my mind felt sharper than ever.

The changes amazed me. Driven to understand the science behind this newfound vitality, I immersed myself in books, courses, and research. I eventually earned my Plant-Based Coaching Certificate through the Food Revolution Network, fueled by a desire to help others reclaim their health and vitality.
​
Today, I am passionate about guiding people through their own journeys toward a healthier, happier life by incorporating more whole plant-based foods in their diet.
