While I advocate for a Whole Food Plant-Based diet, my primary focus is on YOUR personal goals. I will meet you where you are and work with you to reach your desired outcomes.
Any positive dietary change that includes adding more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds is a step toward a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life!
